Working in the advertising community in soho is getting confusing.
I don't know which way to go. Its a predicament.
Work in creative advertising and make more money or do the design I really want and possibly not get as far?
Its got me thinking. Its also got me designing, and made me rediscover photoshop, as you can probably tell by what I made below.

2 nights ago, I saw 2 of my favorite bands live - nine inch nails and the danish band mew.
Nine inch nails were fantastic, however mew were absolutely AMAZING!
They gave one of the best performances I have ever seen, and are not only my favorite band of the moment, but are truly one of my favorite bands of all time. If you haven't heard of them then give them a listen: http://www.myspace.com/mew

Im currently working in soho for 2 weeks on a (paid!) work placement with the minimart

So far Ive been designing for both marc jacobs and EA games - some great stuff for my portfolio!
I'm loving working in Soho, its a fantastic area, just a shame london is currently run by a complete prick :/
Ive been away recently - hence no updates but I promise more updates will follow shortly!

Work in Progress

Today I started work on a new typeface, below is a picture of how it looks so far.
I wanted to create a font that is legible, and can be used for a multitude of purposes.
I also wanted to create something that is inherently 'mine' that I can use for my own work, without fear of others using the same font.
The image below is a work in progress, and much work is still needed. I hope to eventually create it in a range of weights, and import it into fontlab.
